Dear Valued Customer,

ICU Medical is pleased to announce that we have recently completed the acquisition of Smiths Medical, creating a leading medical device and IV solutions company while expanding our global reach and strengthening our mission to continue providing quality, innovation, and value to you, our customers.

Although we are one company, Smiths Medical and ICU Medical order management systems and distribution networks will temporarily continue to operate independently. Smiths Medical and ICU Medical orders and products will not be consolidated, and the ordering and distribution of products, including shipping schedules, will not be altered at this time.

If you have any questions or concerns about an ICU Medical order or product, please contact ICU Medical Customer Service. Likewise, if you have any questions or concerns about a Smiths Medical order or product, please contact Smiths Medical Customer Service.

Should we make any changes, we will provide you with a minimum of 30 days’ notice of what changes you should expect.
